Quality over quantity for long term results ✔️
This especially relates to resistance training, and the goal of getting the most out of your workouts.
Here at LIFT we always emphasise the use of proper technique and quality movements over just getting it done, because we believe in making every repetition count.
When you strip it all back, a great exercise program is simply made up of repetitions. It doesn’t matter how many repetitions, sets or what programming techniques are being used if the individual repetitions are performed badly.
Like painting a picture, you could have the best paints and brushes available, but if every brush stroke is sloppy the end product will not be a fine piece of artwork 🎨🖌
