Small Group PT

Here at LIFT our main focus is on Small Group Personal Training (SGPT).

With SGPT you get all the benefits of personal training with the added bonus of a group environment to encourage, motivate, and support you on your fitness journey.

We don’t believe in quick fixes but rather aim to educate our members in every aspect of health and fitness, which will provide lasting changes and benefits forever.

With groups of no more than 5 people, you will receive the support and coaching you require whilst also meeting new friends along the way. 

If you want to improve your health, fitness, nutrition, body composition, mobility, longevity, and wellbeing whilst also being part of a positive and uplifting community then this is the place for you.

Why Small Group Personal Training Works

1-2-1 personal training may seem good, but more often than not the relationship fizzles out. With a small group of no more than 5, you get the same level of attention but with a fun and inspiring group dynamic.

It’s also a more flexible and less expensive option, which allows you to make full use of your membership by attending our classes such as SWEAT and Yoga.

Our gym is set up for it. Our team is trained for it.
