Coach – Sam Betty

Sam has always loved physical training, activity and playing sports.

He was a professional rugby player for 12 years, spending six years with the Cornish Pirates and six years at Worcester Warriors in the premiership.

In that time I have worked under countless top level strength and conditioning coaches and built up a wealth of knowledge in this area.

Sam completed his Level 2 and 3 Personal Training qualifications in 2014 and joined FIT3SIXTY in 2015, working in the evenings whilst still playing professional rugby for Worcester.

Fit3sixty became very popular and successful and during his two years there Sam trained a wide array of people from elderly men and women looking to stay fit and active to young aspiring athletes, rugby players and MMA fighters.

I loved the job immediately and knew it was something I wanted to pursue further after my rugby career finished.

It is fantastic to help people attain their goals and has become a real passion for me.

I also love to surf and since retiring from rugby have started training in Jiu Jitsu and boxing and had my first amateur fight in May 2017.
