As you may or may not know LIFT is officially open Monday 1st April 2019…we promise that’s not an April Fool.
To celebrate our opening and to give you a chance to check out the facility we have decided to run a week of FREE classes. Yes, completely FREE!
There are 2 types of class on offer (please see below for descriptions). LIFT will also be open on Saturday until 4pm if you’d like to come and have a free open gym session.
S&C (STRENGTH & CONDITIONING)
This class is designed to improve all aspects of physical performance – speed, power, strength, mobility, aerobic and anaerobic thresholds. Perfect for aspiring athletes and sports people.
A 45 minute high intensity workout. All LIFT45 classes are designed to do at your own pace, whether you want to push yourself to your limit or just get your body moving this class is for you.
